Mental health can be a very difficult task to navigate through for many different reasons. Life brings about a plethora of experiences our way to challenge us and to build resiliency. However, it doesn't always feel like we're going to come out stronger or better in the end. Due to my own personal life experiences and difficulties with mental health issues, I have created the first journal within my mental health journaling series, titled Dee's Vibes Divine Journaling. I wanted this first journal to be something of ease, serving as a mental health clarity platform for you to create your own mental health safe haven. I thoroughly thought about the kind of mental health maintenance black people specifically could benefit from as a collective group of people, and I came up with this guided journal that you'll find deeply useful in your spiritual journey. From explaining the importance of holistic health practices to giving you guys a piece of my life story, I hope you feel the loving energy I poured into the making of this journal and series as a whole.YOU have everything it takes to take control over the people, places, and things that stress you out. One of my closest and dearest friends once told me that if something or someone isn't an asset to you and your goals, they're a liability waiting to see you fail. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it? YOU are the only one in your own way. YOU got this! Just as the self-help author, Bob Proctor, has said multiple times before: "If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand." That's nothing but facts, y'all. Any and everything you dream about is already your reality if you believe in it and in yourself to consistently do whatever it takes to achieve it.
